The founding partner of Redinger Law, Denise has practiced for thirteen years, specializing in trusts, estate planning, guardianships, special needs and elder law, and high-asset marriage dissolutions. Previously Denise has been investing in residential and multi-family real estate for 30 years across three states, granting her nuanced and extensive understanding of business and real estate law issues. A passionate advocate for vulnerable populations, precipitated by having a child with special needs, she is a frequent presenter at events regarding many different types of elder law, disability and child advocacy organizations, including DSHS, DDA, NAMI, Arc of King and Snohomish counties, high school and school districts throughout the region, etc. She is respected across the state for both her business acumen and her compassionate advocacy for the elderly, children, and individuals with special needs and other disabilities. A Seattle native, Denise has three adult children in the area who she enjoys traveling and spending time with.
