Denise Redinger, Attorney at Law

The founding partner of Redinger Law, Denise has practiced for nine years, specializing in trusts and guardianships, special needs and elder law, business law, real estate law, and high-asset marriage dissolutions. Previously Denise has been investing in residential and multi-family real estate for 26 years across three states, granting her nuanced and extensive understanding of business and real estate law issues. A passionate advocate for vulnerable populations, precipitated by having a child with special needs, she is a frequent presenter at events regarding many different types of disability and child advocacy organizations, including DSHS, DDA, and Arc of King and Snohomish counties. She is respected across the state for both her business acumen and her compassionate advocacy for the elderly, children, and individuals with special needs and other disabilities. A Seattle native, Denise has three adult children in the area who she enjoys traveling and spending time with.
Heidi Nagel, Attorney at Law

An experienced and skilled litigator, Heidi focuses on litigation in difficult or intractable family law, high asset marriage dissolutions, dependencies, disability law, and cases involving mental health and substance abuse issues. She has practiced law for 24 years, including 15 years as a trial attorney in child protection cases. Known for her thoughtful family advocacy and her expertise with special needs law, she is an expert on child protection issues, especially in the context of divorce. Heidi has been a speaker for the CASA program and a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for children in dependency. She enjoys an active life with her two children and her dogs.
David Reynolds, Attorney at Law

David specializes in the area of trust and estate planning for the elderly and people with special needs, such as intellectual disabilities, mental illness, drug addiction, etc. David is an experienced expert in drafting complex, high-asset trusts and estate plans and dealing with international issues. Prior to joining Redinger Law, David worked for five years as a Legislative Analyst for the King County Council and for 12 years as a Court Policy Analyst for the King County Superior Court, where he had experience and exposure to all parts of the court system. David is an avid hiker who enjoys traveling and studying foreign languages.
Lori Maxwell, Attorney at Law

Lori brings the unique perspective of 25 years as a public school educator and assistant principal. Her legal career now focuses on education law, family law, and administrative law such as DDA appeals. She is new to the Redinger Law firm and the Seattle area. Lori and her husband enjoy spending time with their four adult children and exploring their new home town.

Lori has spent recent years working primarily in family law, with experience handling high-asset dissolutions, custody issues for families with special needs children, and dissolution for special needs adults. She completed the Environmental, Natural Resource, & Land Use Regulation track at Seattle University, where she graduated cum laude and participated on Law Review as a Technical Editor. Lori loves traveling, reading, and flower gardening. She enjoys helping individuals and families find creative solutions to meet their future needs.
